Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour 
- ¼ flax meal 
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour 
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 
- 1 tsp baking soda 
- 4 Tbsp of chia seeds + ½ cup of water 
- 3 Tbsp almond milk 
- Trader Joe’s Everything Bagel Seasoning 
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine the chia seeds with the water in a small bowl and set aside to let bind. 
- Combine all ingredients except for seasoning in a mixing bowl and stir. Add in the thickened chia seed mixture 
- Grab a chunk of the dough and flatten and create a hole in the middle and place on a sprayed baking sheet. If you have a doughnut pan, spray and use that. 
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. 
- Remove and let those bad boys cool. Shake on that everything bagel seasoning for a kick! Keeps for a few days in the fridge. I ate mine for breakfast in the mornings with almond butter and mixed berries.
